Project Scope

Koç Holding, in partnership with KXP, launched the KoçHub corporate digital workplace platform. However, technical operation alone is insufficient — operational sustainability across 90,000+ users, 15+ independent companies, and 4 geographic regions is only possible with a structural governance framework.

KXP went beyond building the platform to design and deliver a governance framework guaranteeing long-term platform success. This framework encompasses governance planning, organizational structure, role & responsibility matrix, support model, content taxonomy, operational policies, and user guidelines.
