Projectcontext
Turkije beheert ongeveer 300.000 vissers over 8.333 kilometer kustlijn in 4 zeebekken (Zwarte Zee, Egeïsche Zee, Middellandse Zee, Marmara). KXP, onder het EU-gefinancierde project EuropeAid/140278/IH/SER/TR, heeft 3 geïntegreerde systemen voor de Directoraat-Generaal Visserij & Aquacultuur ontwikkeld.
Het project transformeerde de op papier gebaseerde, gefragmenteerde en vertraagde gegevensverzameling van de visserijsector in een real-time, gecentraliseerd systeem dat voldoet aan de EU's Gemeenschappelijk Visserijbeleid (CFP) en EUMOFA-gegevensnormen.
