Fully cloud based digital workplace is the new way of retail productivity in FLO

FLO is the architect and leader of shoe retailing industry in Turkey with 420 stores, over 7000 employees, brands like Kinetix, Dockers, Polaris, Butigo, Lumberjack and over 35 million shoe sales in a year.

Collaboration and communication is always a huge challenge at large scaled retail organizations even with many technological tools. Each application, content and discussion should be available from anywhere and any device.

This is why we have developed FLO Digital Workplace fully on Microsoft Office365 environment. It’s one of the unique Digital Workplace example integrated with local ERP (SAP) and fully runs on Sharepoint Online platform.

Besides document, rich-media for e-learning and task based collaboration features,  social enterprise has taken key role for collaboration of users between HQ and other stores around the country on FLO Digital Workplace.

The figures is quite rapid and impressive; more than 60 percent active engagements, which means more than 4 active interactions per/user month on social enterprise platform and 55.5 percentage of this happened with mobile devices.
