Simit Sarayı; aiming the worldwide mission of introducing traditional Anatolian flavor Simit, was established in 2002 with a single store.

Today, with hundreds of stores in Turkey and abroad, Simit Sarayı serves with 10.000 employees to over 650.000 daily visitors.

Simit Sarayı founded the one and only Simit facility in collaboration with TÜBİTAK- Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey to produce hygienic and unique products for all over the world.

A robust supply and demand management operation is very important for keeping this delicious taste.

We have developed a inventory, supply and demand management platform addition to Simit Sarayı’s existing franchise management platform on Dynamics CRM.

With new platform all inventories and ingredients are monitored centrally based on product prescriptions. This solution has given an advantage for supply planning also QA processes.
