Management of multiple projects within the Smartrias Program : which aims to enhance inter-DGO gas and electricity market processes.
PEGASUS is the SOA and ESB approach of Sibelga towards the new Market System (MIG6 and MIG-DGO) which will enable the move from batch to transactional mode. “Interactoren Tests” are the simulation of the message exchanges between the DGOs. GRDTiC is the infeed management project.
As part of our duties we were responsible of:
Resourcing, Planning, Reporting and Budgeting
Definition of a clear approach, documenting the proposals and the reports, delivering presentations and seeking acceptance for management plans from sponsors
Leading the functional analysis activities along with business needs whilst gathering stakeholder agreement
Managing multiple projects including internal, external and 3rd party vendors
Manage dependencies, decisions and risks
Follow up deliverables while ensuring quality
Identification and coordination of integration opportunities between relevant teams
Analyse and oversee implementation of business processes with the new Federal Clearing House (CMS)
Analyse and oversee integration of Backend Systems: SAP, EI Server and other custom applications.
Participating in architectural discussions
Liaise with other Project Managers in the Program and outside to ensure a correct and coherent integration
Microsoft Biztalk 2013 and .NET Stack is the product of choice for the ESB.
