Culture only can only eat the false strategy and also a collaboration strategy is not complete without cultural items.

Enabling platforms for digital workforce is one of the major problems of enterprises which includes several companies works on different industries and countries around the world.

The Challenge

Ronesans Holding had the mammoth task of  managing its global workforce which operates from hundreds of different locations around the World.

The company found that its pre-existing intranet solution was not adequate in enabling communication, collaboration and transfer of information between different units and companies.

The Solution

Ronesans Holding was a unique case, because they would need a solution that would take into account the varying work culture across different countries as well as across different industries.

Our business analysts determined that Ronesans Holding needed a digital platform that could effectively consolidate applications used for communication, content management and operational processes. This helped bring uniformity in the way operations were managed across their global offices.

The Technology

KXP solved Ronesans Holding’s problem by developing the WE’R – a unified workplace platform through which 30,000 employees from 21 countries can easily communicate and collaborate on work. Built on Microsoft Sharepoint, WE’R provides a multi-lingual interface in Turkish, Russian and English. It serves as a communication hub and provides applications for various business functions, as well as tools for document management and business intelligence.

WE’R delivers personalized experience to each employee. It shows relevant content and application to users based on their profile information, and the interface itself is tailored to the user’s location and culture code.

By creating different data layers based on user, unit, company, country and language, WE’R ensures that employees don’t have to sort through chunks of unwanted information in order to complete their work. WE’R has managed to remove communication barrier and created a unified platform through which employees can work conveniently.
